Protection Plans Registration

Thank you for purchasing a Protection Plan from National Wholesale Liquidators. Please use this page to register your protection plan so that you can get a copy of your contract and we may have your relevant information, should you need repair service. To register, you will need the Store Number, Terminal ID, Transaction Number and Date of Purchase which is located on the sales receipt you received when you made your purchase. The image on the right shows where you can find this information on your store receipt.
